Born and raised in the heart of California’s Central Valley, Chad developed a strong work ethic and grounded values early on. After relocating to San Diego, he made the decision to plant permanent roots in the community he now proudly serves. His local expertise, combined with a broad understanding of California real estate markets, allows him to strategically guide clients through every step of the process. Before entering real estate, Chad built a foundation in Finance. He had worked for a major financial planning firm in La Jolla, before realizing his true passion was in real estate and needed to transition. Chad also has a background in construction and residential development - experience that gives him a unique edge when evaluating property condition, value potential, and structural considerations. This hands-on background enables him to offer clients insights that go far beyond surface-level analysis.
